Thanks man....Can you please point me the right direction for a proper coffee machine with all that jazz, I don't really know what I'm looking at TBH.Something around the £50 mark should be great, and maybe £10-20 on some recomended beans/roast/whatever ?

Have a look at Debenhams.There'll be stuff around that price point there. You should get a pretty decent one for that money, they're not expensive.
