It worked well, but I cut the cheese a little too thick. Ruined the sandwich in bits.My colleague had a better idea, went for horseradish beef and some ham, then had it in a salad bap, with extra horseradish.

have you tried the chunky cheese co yet?sainsburys have them. chilli and lime or cracked black pepper extra mature cheddar. fucking gert lush.
