It's called 'Beat Dis: a Hip Hop History'
Narrated by Gary Byrd in a really bent 'rapping' way but contains some incredible footage of Rock Steady, Bambaataa etc in the early 80s. It's as good as Style Wars or Wild Style, no question: I have it on VHS but I imagine it's on YouTube.
