I always enjoy it when someone tries to pass off some Medical Horsehit and either Shambles or TMB joins in.
One of the all-time classics was a bloke who tried to claim that necking under-6 calpol had made him hallucinate. There's less than a gram and a half of paracetamol in a bottle of under-6 calpol.
