I have a feeling they get their commision when I pay my first bill.So they'll just delay and delay until my first bill goes out and then send it.
I'm not paying a mobile bill before i get a phone though, so fuck em.

That's exactly how they work, you get the free gift after you pay your first bill.But you should get your phone straight away.
