Sounds like the sort of thing that would work as a social experiment
Rather than something I'd want to put money on.

The reality is, the prices set by the bookies are designed to offer value to the punter and to entice them in to having a punt, but with odds that mean the bookie always win.

Yup, totally agree.

I think the only difference, on a social level, is that my idea needs a concous decision.
