Oh, yes, sorry I didn't reply.I'm up for that thanks, especially if you've got a no-flaffing about one that I could do after work.
I've found a good source of poshish mushrooms today, my not-quite-so-local Waitrose does Shiitake, Enoki & Buna Shimeji...got any ideas for them? I was thinking of doing a noodle broth with them, but I'm open to suggestions.
