The only two people who could have prevented this becoming a court case were the two fuckends who've just been jailed and are going to be fined for the costs.

I'm quite surprised they both got the same.
As technically it's the same crime and he pleaded guilty and she didn't, and the judge didn't buy the marital coercion bollocks. So I would have thought she should have got longer.

I'm not going to lose the tiniest bit of sleep over it, mind.

So the 'marital coercion' must've been taken into account.

Marital coercion is a defence.
It's not a mitigating factor. If he believes it was the case she should have been found not guilty. As far as I am aware.
