Consultation officially ends then, I have not been given a proper formal response.My workload has not been calculated into the new structure, so he thinks the quickest way to force their hand is to do a little strike.

And to be honest I would accept redundancy. I won't accept them fucking around and just telling me things while I'm having a fag or mentioning it on conference calls rather than an actual formal response.
