I had 20 days in Malaysia for significantly less than £2k, madness spending more than that per person.

no it's not.

Ok not madness, childish.

Why is that?
If you wanted to go 5 star all-inclusive to somewhere hot you could easily spend that
(, Wed 20 Mar 2013, 16:07, Reply)
At a quick look. 7 or 14 days 5 star all inclusive to the dominican republic £1500
Cuba £1350
Mexico £1100
Eygypt £600

yeah, but. If you want a bespoke safari. Including two beach side luxury hotels and several days in the bush, plus the 8 flights needed to get about
then it'll cost more.

I can think of nothing worse than being locked in an all inclusive super hotel for two weeks.

Me too, I wouldn't do it, but I was just showing sporto what was available.

We are a difficult couple. Neither of us like big hotels, preferring small "boutique" place, which are often quite expensive.

Having said that we've stayed in some lovely little places through airbandb.com

A business hotel, just what every girl dreams of from their honeymoon!

It wasn't a honeymoon, I went to my mates wedding alone.
