I know somebody, TOTALLY not me, who hit "shut down" instead of "log off"
on the main Citrix server. Which was offsite several hundred miles away. We've got well over a hundred users who remotely connect via Citrix. Including all of the directors and most of the highest earning salespeople.

Boy. Was his face red.

The mistake that definitely wasn't mine
caused an engineer to have to tank it up the motorway for a couple of hours in order to press a power button.
