I ordered the one up, 40 inch rather than the 32, they said they'd swap it over but they only arranged a collection.
They are fucking spastics and really innefficient, but I don't think they're con artists.

The people on the phone are perfectly fine and are embarrassed and frustrated by the fuck ups, but unless they physically go down to the warehouse and pick it up and put it on a van there's not much they can do.
