Short version is she needed an external access account setting up.
Sent the paperwork through Thursday midday. It got done yesterday afternoon. She had obviously left it to the last minute to do something or another and tried to use me as a scapegoat as to why she hadn't done it. Complained to HR. I'm in the clear as my boss agrees that, given the circumstances, the request was handled as quickly as could be expected.

Then she calls up all nice as pie asking for me because she wanted my help. Fuck that.
