I made some the other day from a Kit.It's been in the box for a week and it currently tastes like Blossom hill. Which is obviously shit but it should get better over the next three to six months to the point where it's drinkable table wine for 60p a bottle.

Tea has a lot of tannins which give a wine bodyThe flavour you end up with is nothing like tea, much like wine tastes nothing like grape juice. Its actually quite nice otherwise I wouldn't bother making it.
