Blatent troll is blatent.
Surely you can see the logic behind the rule?

For example, I can go on any site I want, I have different tabs open. I can spend some time on here, it's not dictated by a figure, but if comedy pictures come up, then it's blate that I'm not concentrating that time to work (such as a task could be running in the background or waiting for someone to get back to me)......

And it makes all the other "not-work-but-allowed-and-semi-relivent" stuff seem totally slack. Eg, if this was full of pictures, then people would think that [for example, a site with a new CSS technique, that is relivent to me] would fall under the same catagory.

Right, except I don't know of a single workplace that lets people dick about when they're on the clock.
There is not a single reason for anyone to ever be on here while working.

Yeah, for checking emails, news, that sort of thing.
Dicking about on a site founded upon giant cartoon willies probably doesn't fall within that remit.

I've never worked in a place where I can't have my own internet time.
It encouriges me to be up to date with the tech/web industries, and as a coder yourself, you should know the value of fucking off for 10 minutes or even an hour.
