It could take out any significant military capabilities they have.In fact, isn't the reason North Korea is doing all this because the US has sent a few spy planes over to see which bits they would need to take out, if necessary?

The logic of getting angry because you're being spied on and then getting all your military out to have a good old sabre rattle, showing the world exactly what you've got and where, escapes me.

No, they're doing it because the UN imposed the harshest sanctions yet.And the South and the US are doing military manovers near their borders.
