it's just not a standard packaged quantity of beers, is it?

I like a variety of different beers in a session. I purchased a McEwans Champion, an Old Tom, an Innis and Gun rum cask finish, a Keltek Beheaded, a St Austell Tribute, a Dartmoor Legend and an Old Crafty Hen.

I used I&G rum cask instead of champagne for the reception drinks at my wedding. It was well "LOL" watching some of my wife's family, despite being warned, fall for the "just because it is NOM doesn't mean it isn't bastard strong" trick.

The Beheaded is Labeled as 7.5 but I know the guy that brews it and he says the recipe and method hasn't changed since it was labeled 8.1 but the tax laws mean they have to pay more for a beer over 7.5 so they label it as that.
Little known fact (that you probably know) a beer under 5% can be +or- .5% a beer over this can be +or- 1% which means a beer labeled at 7.5% can be anywhere up to 8.5% before they need to water it down.
