The Leeds Brewery and Ossett Brewery ones are top notch. There's also a Brewdog gaff up by the Corn Exchange.
Leeds and Ossett are opening ale pubs in York soon too.

There is a Brew Dog here. I've never been to it, the one we have seems to be more punchy than most other bars.

Being right next to the station is a boon as well. Handy watering hole before catching the train home.

At Dewsbury and Huddersfield they have boozers which actually have an entrance on the platform.
They're good boozers too, though the one at Huddersfield is a bit steep.

That's generally the problem with pubs located in the station.
The Centurion Bar at Newcastle Central is a magnificent place to behold, but by Christ it's steep.
