	in the oven, yes.Some things it's worth boiling in water first. Ribs are one of them. Means you can have the BBQ on a fierce heat and get good caramelisation more easily, and they don't dry out.

 Nah
	Nahboil them first. Stops them drying out. Boil them in a big pan of water for 30mins to an hour, cool them, marinade them, BBQ.
