becasue I continue to breath, eat and drink suffciently to keep me aliveI also avoid accidental death from animal bites, car crashes, large falls and chemical poisoning. I keep in good shape through exercise and sensible eating thus minimising my risk of heart disease and other unhealthy lifestyle based illness.
