life is a bit rubbish right now,
but plans are in place, things may change soon, and the new puppy hasn't shat or pissed on anything important yet.

yeah, his grivance against me came to nothing, thrown out as bullshit.
So his disciplinary is tomorrow, and i can't see how they won't fire him, i induct new manager in to his old pub, and things go back to normal basically. well, kind of.
