Nice one, you going with the misses?
I aint' been to german, and ignoring my heratidge (or maybe more because of it), I think the historical sights would be faccinating.

I would love to go there with someone like you who's well clued up.

Yep, very excited we are too.
They have an incredible stash of Ancient Egyptin art treasures there including a whole fucking temple that they pinched and rebuilt inside a museum. Mental.

Not to mention the WWII stuff obv.

A lot of the older buildings in East Berlin
are still riddled with bullet holes from the last Russian diplomatic visit.

Sounds good.
Here, i've had an idea. My Ma' goes on these walks every friday. She pays like £250 a year, and so does the rest of the group, and she gets like 25 walks around historical bits of london and someone gives a talk. Or people can pay a bit more for a one-off.

I reckon you'd love a bit of that and would be dead good at it, a couple of groups of grannies a week and that would seriously supliment your income.

If I was a history/art student and had fuck all that i can to do with my degree, i'd do that.

She doesn't do the acting one, but you can get ones of people who get into character.
You'd make a great Dickings character.

(, Fri 24 May 2013, 16:35, Reply)
I would like that an' all.
Lusty even looked into it for herself too.

Go for it ! I'm sure there are agencies out there who hook you up, probably would have to audition, but whatcha got to lose?
Especially for your knowledge of the london music scene throughout the last half of the last century. Maybe a 'punk' version of it? Could even do it as a corporate thing maybe.

Oh man, this could be great.
Plus there are other bits of the east end you can do, like a Krays Tour.

Monty tours: Your guide to the seedier side of the London music scene.

London Music Landmarks Walking Tours
That's really actually a fucking great idea.
(, Fri 24 May 2013, 16:52, Reply)
It really is, and I can't believe its not already done.
I'd give it a serious think about if I were you.
(, Fri 24 May 2013, 16:55, Reply)
Without checking
I would add a word of caution in that it could well be that it hasn't been done due to the distances envolved between the places of interest.
i.e. it a long way from Waterloo Bridge to Brook Street
(, Fri 24 May 2013, 16:59, Reply)
you could do a soho area only one

(, Fri 24 May 2013, 17:18, Reply)
Sounds perfect.
Plus there are the tourist who'd lap it up, like the yanks who'd love a bit of LockStock.
(, Fri 24 May 2013, 17:05, Reply)

You should get yourself over there... Its one of those places that you never think of as a destination but is absolutely superb
