=) How was your weekend?
When I asked Ma' what she wanted for her birthday, this was honstly her answer. It's not an exacty quote 'cus it was a few months ago, but its pretty close.

"There's an old gay couple in Finchley who live in this oldy-worldy house, and you go there and they play old DVDs like that chaplin bloke, or you can bring your own DVDs. They very entertaining, I mean, even more so that usual for them. I think its a couple, one of them might be dead, I can't remember. They've lead such an interesting life and you can either get a take-away or they can cook something, i could knock up a brisket and some ludkas."

It was quite a bit, she said it was in the local paper, "should have kept a copy", I couldn't track down the entertaining old gay couple (one of them possibly dead).
Cool, where'd you go camping? I ain't been camping in years'n'years, I enjoy it all appart from the packing up, don't mind the setting up though.

I hope you registered your disgust while you were there.

TBH if I lived round there the contrast between that semi-rural idyll and the rest of the world would have me disgusted on a regular basis too

isn't that the place where a bunch of teens topped themselves and where "Mr Disturbed" who writes into the papers comes from?
I don't know anything about it appart from that.
