One at a time they are led into a curtained booth and then a bare chested woman or fat man stands in front of a small windowand a curtain is opened for 10 seconds. If it's a man then everyone shouts "HAHAHA GAYLORD!!!!" when the contestant emerges with a suspicious bulge in their trousers.
