they're also fare dodging.

When I was younger, I used to fare dodge a lot
Now, I simply don't see the point. If I get on the right train, it's only £3.80 if I pay in advance. If I get caught on the train without it, it's about £8.00, simply not worth it.

When I moved offices from Fulham to here, I went from Zone 2 to Zone 4.
It's an unmanned station so I winged it with my Zone 2 travelcard, saving about £40 a month, I thought I'd do it until I got caught, it took 18 months - that was well worth it.

See, that's fair enough

It was a calculated risk, and the moment I got collared I packed it in, so never even got a fine.

Best idea really
Whenever I was caught, I accepted it, and paid without a question. I've seen others kick off about it, never understood that...

I saw a guy on a bus kick off and get himself arrested over a fine
He was pissed off because like a lot of people he paid his 70p and then ripped up the ticket. I would have just said "look I don't have the money on me" and given them a fake name and address.

You didn't happen to mistake a deer for a tramp whilst buying your Cheerios in Tesco t'other day did you?

The best thing about it is that the police don't even care.

Hahaha, aww bless. £8 fine. That's adorable.
"SO YOU'LL ONLY HAVE £2 POCKET MONEY ON THE WAY HOME, SO NO 10-PACK* FOR YOU ! YOU NAUGHTY BOY !"

* if to ratio, then a 10-pack up your way would be about £1
