make some adjustments to my CV, buying a Chinese Olympic ping pong costume, buying a leather gift for Mrs Ape, seeing some friends what have been travelling for a year, maybe making katsu curry, applying for jobs, buying a new sheet, ironing a shirt for a wedding on saturday...that's all I can remember at the moment

I like Katsu curry, but it's messy to make and I can't get the breadcrumbs to stick properly.

I dunno I was planning on cooking from scratch, i might suggest flouring the chicken before egg dippinfg, to ensure a better eggy coating and subsequant breadcrumb crust
