So people stepping in front of a moving vehicle, because they are too busy fucking around on a mobile phone, is going to be the drivers fault if the get hit right?

depends reallyif the driver was also on his phone, or was going too quick or something then he's fucked even if the peestrian was a stupid cunt. But if they were driving normally at 25mph then it's just an accident and nothing happens.
