Gove thinks teachers should be on performance related pay and that the current system for paying more experienced teachers more should be scrapped.(

It's not the teachers fault if students can't be arsed to learn.I ran art workshops with "disadvantaged" single mothers, who couldn't spell their own names. Wtf were they doing for 11 years schooling? Besides getting pregnant?
