I used to do something similar. Get to the office by 7 before the phone starts and people want 'a quick word' which normally takes 20 minutes. Get more done in that first hour than the rest of the day. (

I used to make sure I was home for micro having her evening meal, bath time, reading etc. she'd still be asleep when I left in the morning. (
