Pretty much, yeah.Law of diminishing returns, innit. It'll be the difference between a Stilton and a Roquefort. At best an expert might be able to tell the difference, but most people will think "it tastes like blue cheese, you lying fucking snob"

the thing about cheese is that there's a lot of difference in the texturewhereas wine is all wet
