I'm ten minutes into my day and the air-con doesn't seem to be working, meaning I'm sweating like a rapist, the phone won't stop ringing with stupid inane "problems" and half of them are arguing with me as to what the problem might be.

My mood is going downhill.

I need to do a transfer of laptop ownership remotely.
Basically to update the security software to tell it to recognise a different username. Trouble is, the software fucking hates me and never does what I tell it to do.
