What's the healthiest bread?
I want a tuna baguette/bap/sandwich for lunch but I'm watching my figure dontcherno. A lifetime on the lips and you've got big fuck off hips and all that.

I think a sprouted grain bread is the best and healthiest option. Whole wheat is better than regular white bread
