I seem to remember this case from a few years back.
The poor lad spent a couple of years in various high security unit because he kicked off once when he was in respite care, because they'd disturbed his routine and hadn't been arsed to find out what it actually was in the first place.

Thats the one, I think it ended up having to go to court
To prove that Social Services were bullshitting and he was able to go home
