the absolute worst is "you're joking" in respect of bad newsi had to ring about 400 people to tell them about my mum dying. about 150 of them reacted like that. because of course i would ring you out of the blue, mr mum's colleague or mrs old family friend, just to joke about something like that. you idiot.
