At the garage, there's an old Audi 100 Quattro estate from circa 1988 standing derelict. I'm tempted to ask them how much it'd be to put it back on the road.

Found a place in Scotland
That'll rent me a Triumph Herald convertible (the sort of car my dad had when he met my mother) and an e-type Jag, which he has always wanted but could never afford/justify.

It doesn't work out that much more expensive than going to Hertz and renting a Focus for a couple of days.

i think it's much cooler than that boxy box. one of our family friends had one of those, in a sort of dark turquoise colour, caribbean blue or something. these days everyone's car is black or silver.
