It's not their lack of technical ability, that's expected and understandable.
It's their complete inability to do what they're fucking told without my having to repeat myself three times. I find it offensive how stupid they are.

If you've got a screen in from of you with "3G" written on it and a fucking great big Connect button and I tell you to "connect to 3G", I do not expect you to say "so press the connect button, yes?"

That is retarded and incredibly annoying. I am support staff, yes. I am not a fucking babysitter.
