We didn't eat there. I wanted to have a look at it as I was working at Whitbread and developing a new restaurant format.
It's massive. Owned by one bloke who invested £1million in opening it. Seems to be very popular, with a wider choice than lots of other buffets & dishes I wouldn't have expected on a set price deal; scallops etc.

No it's cooked in front of you - there are about 20 different food stations, stuff that needs to be fresh is cooked when you want it at the station.
