do you have proper dyslexia
or just a bit thick and too lazy to use spellcheck but going to claim an extra 30 mins on an exam/free computer like my ex oswald when we were at uni dyslexia?

Proper, albeit not gonz-level
I use a spell check most of the time but sometimes not when I'm lazy or responding quickly.

I got extra time in exams and sometimes computers, but I'm old enough that they didn't always have spell checks in the early days and anyway those don't catch everything.

ETA: yes properly diagnosed, statmented and everything.

then that is acceptable
my ex just claimed that he sometimes wrote things backwards, so the uni bent over backwards. it was really annoying.

Good.
mine is not very pronounced these days, thanks mostly to computers, so I don't usually make a thing of it, not least because people use it as an excuse for being thick and I am in the process of calling 2 other posters thick. also usually typos from me are me being lazy and not proof reading/spell checking, but this one wasn't/

i would sign a petition to have real spellings replaced with gonzisms
oswald's in the army now. maybe his inability to read quickly enough for a 3 hour exam will mean that he gets his cock blown off.
