Guy near me does exactly this. Recycling box for bottles etc is collected Tuesday morning. This poor bastard can be seen wandering the streets early in the morning rummaging in the boxes and drinking the dregs from the bottles. Sober, he's a lovely guy, drunk he's a cunt.
