They seemed to measure your mental state by ticking boxes on a questionnaire.I suppose it's also saving their own backs so you can't sue, but still.
Very easy to take advantage and sign yourself off work.

yes and yesthose questionnaires are so much bollocks, I could answer them totally differently on 2 consecutive days. Hmmmm, maybe I should try for some free holiday....
