6 chicken legs (thigh with drumstick attached), skin-on (or 6 thighs and 6 drumsticks)
6 sliced scotch bonnet peppers
2 Tbsp. ground allspice
8 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 Medium onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
Juice of one lime
1 cup white vinegar
