i've got a good job, lovely family, lots of friends
can't complain.

alt: i've bought some of that "slim pasta" with 7 calories per 100 grams. i do not have high hopes. personal trainer says it's ok to bulk dinner out, but you have to smother it in veggies/sauce/soya mince. i will report back, as if it's ok, 14 calories for a lot of pasta is winwin. however, i expect to be reporting back, "TASTES LIKE AL'S ARSE ON A HOT DAY."

I've cut way back on pasta and rice.
Been eating nought but fruit at work and a meal at night.

Second week and Im pretty much hungry, tired and irritable.

i love pasta, but it's easy enough to restrict it to the occasional treat
but wholegrain rice is a staple, man. cutting that shit out is HARD!
