Mortagge approvals are up massively, they are opening up again

yes but I cannot apply for - and will nto be given - a mortgage whilst I'm under this IVA
I won't be free from that til it's paid off. That won't be until my old flat is sold - so potentially I can't apply for a mortgage (still a question over whether I'd get one, or at least a reasonable one) until I'm out on DA STR33T5
