I have some vague notions, but I'm being de-motivated and wishy washy about it all.
Alt: I did. Took the girlfriend* to a nice restaurant. I find the small, family-owned ones are the best for girls. They like the intimate atmosphere. Plus they often have some stonking wines to get 'em drunk on.
