yeah, yeah you canbut calling them is a nightmare. i've been on hold for 25 mins before, and still nobody picks up.
so then i try to do it online. turns out someone has already registered that property, can i call this number to sort it out?

i have this with my oyster card too. apparently it's already registered for online top-ups, which is bollocks. i should get a new oyster card, but i always forget, and then end up standing in the Q swearing like a touretter.
