how many regional offices are there?
have you tried contacting anyone at those branches?
Did you get the details of the people that came in?
Did you check any information they gave you? ID etc.

2, yes, yes and I'm not a complete prick leagal notices were shown I don't run the place so I'm not sure of the full in's and outs
The Regional director was in with them didn't really seem like a good time to go in with my size 10's
