You should be able to claim it as a creditor
If they really have gone under then you need to get the claim in asap and you will be a priority creditor, they normally do individuals ahead of company

so your salaries are at the top of the chain and get paid as a priority. but only if there are funds, and only pro-rata as to what is available, and it might take ages.

yeah,
got a course end of next week, then there seems to be pretty solid work in that field, not great money, but it's there to keep me going.
I've come up against the problem that all the jobs that want experience provide tools, and all the jobs that will give you a chanceask you to provide your own tools, so i'm just going to set up self employed, take the work that is offered to me and keep looking for something more permanent
