If it is any consolation and assuming its a liquidation firm that are locking up the shop, they wont care about anything on the HD's as they will sell them all to a recycling firm either for wiping or destruction... ICO regulations means that the information "should" be destroyed

I should add they don't actually care about the information it is the physical value of the hardware etc.
