i have a cold :(
Plastic bags already cost pennies here. It's crazy when you go to England and they give you bags without asking you want to say "Hey buddy, I'm not made of money!". In manchester I even avoided getting a bag then juggled my beers for a way before remembering they were free.

It's really changed habits here, which is a good thing, although paying to advertise a store sucks

I'm ill too, I have mentioned it several times but no one seem to care.
I'm not fussed about the bag thing, if I end up paying an extra 20 pence then so be it.
