i just sat through a 90 minute presentation on the reforms to the laws of distress
which basically mean that tenants are to be given 7 days' notice before landlords can come in to collect rent. 7 days? nobody's going to use that period to take the goods somewhere else to avoid payment, are they, not at all...

so yeah, anyone would feel silly after that!
